Northern Lights
With the introduction of our new Driftwood and concrete finishes, the Roundhouse flagship showroom in Wigmore Street has a bit of an industrial/shabby chic vibe going on, with the addition of our ‘new’ up-cycled stools and lights.
Our reclaimed stools had a former life in a sewing factory and were spotted by Roundhouse architect, Victoria in a vintage shop in Hastings. The latest additions however, had a more exotic past. Three heavy-duty pendant lights hung above our polished concrete work surface have travelled the world on a Russian super tanker and were found by one of our designers Peter, in a marine reclaim salvage specialist in Devon.
Sitting on an industrial stool in our beautiful state of the art, bespoke Urbo kitchen it’s fun to imagine the overhead lights swaying around as the super tanker sailed the seven seas!
