Study for a Foundation Degree in Kitchen Design

Student learning. students in seminarRoundhouse is a big supporter of putting something back into the kitchen industry and we’ve been instrumental in helping to set up the Foundation Degree in Kitchen Design at Bucks New University, in fact our MD Craig is a visiting lecturer.
We sponsor a design student Grace, who is simultaneously working for Roundhouse and studying for her degree. Known as blended learning, the three-year course consists of three residential weekends a year with most students working within the kitchen sector and fitting their assignments around full or part time work, studying on average between 15-20 hours per week.
It’s a privilege to be involved at the start of what we believe will become an established and recognised route into kitchen design, following a similar path as interior designers to a formal qualification.
There are still a few places left for the new academic year and generous sponsorship packages are available. If you are interested in applying for the course or know someone who maybe, please contact advice@bucks.ac.uk
