Roundhouse Chapter Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility

The Roundhouse Chapter Referral Programme (“Programme”) is open to UK-based individuals aged 18 or over. It is designed for both:

  • Consumers (e.g. homeowners, past clients), and
  • Professionals (e.g. architects, interior designers, property developers)

Roundhouse employees are eligible to participate in this programme.

2. Who You Can Refer

  • Referred contacts must be new to Roundhouse, or an existing contact within our CRM (HubSpot) who has not yet held an initial Design Consultation Meeting.
  • Referrals will not be accepted once a referred contact has held an initial Design Consultation Meeting or advanced beyond that stage.
  • The referral must be submitted prior to the referred contact engaging in a Design Consultation or other formal sales steps.

3. How to Register a Referral

All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form at: roundhousedesign.com/roundhouse-chapter

Referrals submitted via any other method will not qualify.

4. Referral Reward Criteria

You will receive a reward once your referred contact:

  • Engages with a Roundhouse designer,
  • Proceeds with a full kitchen or joinery project valued at a minimum of £25,000 (ex VAT), and
  • Pays their interim deposit (the point at which the design is confirmed and pricing agreed)

Note: For professionals, referral rewards may be issued either as a commission on the sale, subject to individual agreements or as a gift from the referral programme.

5. Reward Structure

Rewards are issued for each successful referral and increase progressively with the number of referrals made. Each successful referral is valued at £1,000.

Participants may choose to bank their rewards and apply them cumulatively towards future referrals. For example, two successful referrals would result in a total reward of £2,000 (£1,000 from the first referral plus £1,000 from the second).

Reward values are structured as follows:

  • 1st Referral: £1,000
  • 2nd Referral: £2,000
  • 3rd Referral: £3,000
  • And so on.

All rewards are subject to the verification of the referred client’s eligibility and completion of qualifying criteria as defined in these Terms and Conditions.

Each reward will be:

  • Issued within 30 days of receipt of the interim deposit
  • Provided as either a chosen gift from a curated list of proposed gifts by Roundhouse, luxury partner voucher (e.g. Selfridges, Daylesford), or commission payment (for professional partners only), depending on recipient type and preference

There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make per year.

6. Additional Terms

  • Only the first person to submit a referral will be eligible for the reward.
  • Referrals must be made in good faith; Roundhouse reserves the right to disqualify any that appear dishonest or manipulated.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise agreed for professional referrals.

7. Data Privacy

All personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you agree that Roundhouse may process your personal data for the purposes of administering the referral programme.

8. Programme Changes

Roundhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Programme at any time without prior notice.

9. Agreement

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained permission to share the referee’s contact details and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

10. Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions take effect from 3rd November 2025 and apply to all referrals submitted on or after this date.
