Camberwell

The design brief for this industrial modern kitchen was to keep the space light contrasting against the architectural kitchen design of concrete, granite, and copper textures. The granite splashback covers the entire length of the room from kitchen to dining and bench area whilst the copper wall cabinets float horizontally to mirror the granite splashback with orange hues reflected in the Dekton island work surface. The client was a keen cook and loves to entertain large numbers of guests. A seating area on the kitchen island, and large dining table were incorporated into the design alongside a bench seat for more relaxed eating and conversation as well as a cosy spot for children to read whilst food is being prepared. Also, a coffee enthusiast and wine collector ample storage was dedicated to include a large bar and wine coolers in the dining area.
