On Thursday 5^th September we hosted a late summer cookery and wine tasking event at our beautiful Clapham showroom in partnership with Gaggenau luxury kitchens appliances company.

A group of interior designers and architects were welcomed by our friendly Clapham showroom team for a wine tasting by Wine Twit and cookery demonstration by Gee Cartwright.

A renowned cook Gee Cartwright demonstrated guests how to create British dishes for entertaining using sustainable and seasonal British ingredients. Gee believes that provenance is fundamental to achieving exceptional tasting dishes and it is very important to use seasonal ingredients.

Guests had a possibility to taste delicious canapes, starters, mains and a desert, which are easy to prepare and cook at home. All food was cooked and prepared at our working bespoke kitchen using Gaggenau appliances. Throughout the event, guests had an opportunity to explore our bespoke British kitchen designs, featuring stunning kitchen islands, work surfaces, pantries and more.

Guests in attendance were interior designers and architects from distinguished practices such as Behind the Door, Juliana Custers, Studio AVC, The Vawdrey House and Dembinska Designs.
