On 18th March, we were delighted to host an exclusive Chef’s Table event in collaboration with Miele at our Fulham showroom, welcoming local architects and interior designers for an evening of exceptional design and fine dining.

Guests were treated to an expertly curated three-course dinner, prepared live by a Miele chef, showcasing the precision and innovation of Miele’s appliances. The menu featured:

• Dessert: Craquelin choux, orange-braised rhubarb, vanilla rhubarb compote, and honey cream
• Starter: Crab ravioli with a saffron cream sauce
• Main Course: Sous vide rib-eye, crispy potato pavé, celeriac purée, cavolo nero, and miso peppercorn sauce

The evening provided a relaxed yet inspiring environment for industry professionals to connect, share ideas, and explore our British-made bespoke kitchens while enjoying an exceptional culinary experience.
