Operation Roundhouse
We pride ourselves on our excellent service here at Roundhouse Towers and recently we’ve made some changes to bring together our entire operations department in one place, to further enhance the process of buying a Roundhouse bespoke kitchen – all in a purpose built environment in our Fulham showroom.
The whole lower ground floor of the showroom has been transformed into a superb bespoke office to become home to our operations team. Now the Technical and Installation teams and our new ‘Kitchen coach’ are all based here in one Operations department, working side by side in close collaboration. For the bespoke desks and drawers we used our latest rough sawn Oak finish with Urbo matt lacquer cupboards, and a timber lipped wall cabinet in the staff kitchen.
The space has been very cleverly utilised and carefully designed and just like our lovely bespoke kitchens is packed with discreet storage. The team report that the environment is a pleasure to work in. The net effect is that our processes have become more streamlined resulting in an even more seamless stress-free service for our customers.
