In the run up to Christmas its been a busy month with lots of exciting events for Roundhouse. We hosted our first Chef’s Table at our Wigmore Street showroom last week on Wednesday 7th December for architects and interior designers. A delicious three course dinner was prepared by Gaggenau chef Sarah Gardinier of Halloumi Cheese with Lime & Caper Vinaigrette with Focaccia Bread, Rack of Lamb with honey and coriander or Vegetarian Wellington with Dauphinoise potatoes, Carrots and parsnips roasted with maple, lemon and pomegranate, Steamed green vegetables and braised, sour red cabbage finished with a Sticky Pear Cake with caramel ginger sauce and mascarpone.
