The film features renowned New Zealand chef, Peter Gordon, owner of top London eateries, Providores and Kopapa, at home in his recently completed Roundhouse bespoke kitchen.
Peter has created a recipe of baked mackerel, clams and chorizo with a freekah salad, grilled peppers, feta, nuts and pomegranate, which he cooks to perfection in his Roundhouse Classic bespoke kitchen.
